RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our Policy Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at jemilina.style@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
For items valued over $50, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The item must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is issued.
We'll review your case and provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Store Credit In certain cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative resolution. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Processing Time Approved claims are processed within 5-10 business days.
